1.我们收集哪些数据

• 注册邮箱（经您验证的 Gmail / QQ / 163 邮箱）：用于注册验证码、工单回复通知。
• 用户名与密码：密码以 bcrypt 哈希存储，任何人（包括管理员）都无法还原明文。
• 订单与充值记录：号码、验证码内容、费用与时间，用于计费与对账。
• 注册 / 登录 IP：用于防批量注册与安全审计。
• 设备指纹（时区、屏幕、Canvas / 音频 / 字体 / WebGL 特征哈希）：仅用于防止同一设备批量注册等滥用行为，不用于跨站追踪。
• 工单内容与截图：由您主动提交，仅用于处理您的问题。
• 语言偏好：用于界面与通知邮件的语言选择。

我们不收集您的真实姓名、身份证件、联系方式或其他敏感个人信息。验证码内容仅您本人可见，不会公开展示。

2.收集目的与法律基础

• 提供服务：账号注册、验证码接收、工单处理（履行与您的服务约定所必需）。
• 防滥用与安全：设备指纹与 IP 检测用于限制批量注册、保护平台与用户（合法利益）。
• 运营核算：订单与充值记录用于计费、退款与统计（履行合同与合规义务）。

3.保留与注销

• 上述数据在您的账号存续期间保留。
• 注销：您可通过站内工单申请注销账号。我们核实身份后 7 个工作日内处理：邮箱、IP、设备指纹等个人标识数据将在注销后 30 日内删除；订单与充值记录将去除用户关联后作为匿名统计数据保留，用于运营核算，不再能识别到您。
• 自动删除：依据《服务条款》账号自动删除政策，连续 183 天未登录且余额为零、或连续 365 天未登录的账号将被系统自动删除；删除时个人标识数据随账号一并清除，订单记录去除关联后匿名保留。

4.数据共享与第三方处理者

• 我们不向任何第三方出售您的个人数据，不用于广告或营销。
• 除配合有管辖权的司法或执法机关依法提出的要求外，不对外提供您的数据。
• 我们仅将必要数据委托以下处理者，并遵守其隐私政策：
  • Cloudflare：CDN 加速与人机验证（Turnstile）；
  • Resend：注册验证码与工单通知邮件发送；
  • 上游号码供应商：仅收到获取号码所需的技术参数（服务 ID 等），不含您的账号与个人信息。

5.Cookie 与本地存储

• 本站不使用广告或追踪 Cookie。
• 我们使用浏览器本地存储（localStorage）保存：登录凭证（Token，退出登录即清除）与语言偏好。您也可随时通过浏览器设置清除。
• Cloudflare 可能因安全防护设置必要的技术 Cookie，用于人机验证与防护。

6.数据安全

• 全站 HTTPS 传输并启用 HSTS；密码 bcrypt 哈希存储；管理端接口全部经过身份与权限双重校验。
• 数据库仅存储于服务器本地，访问权限仅限运营人员。

7.您的权利

• 查询与更正：您可随时在控制台查看邮箱、余额与订单；如需更正信息，通过工单提交。
• 注销：按第 3 章流程申请。
• 申诉：对封禁等处理决定有异议，可通过工单申诉，我们将在核实后答复。

8.政策变更

本政策如需修订，将在本页面公布并更新版本号，自公布之日起生效；继续使用本平台即视为接受修订后的政策。重大变更将通过站内公告提示。

Privacy Policy

Version v1.0 · Effective: September 30, 2026 · This policy forms part of the Terms of Service

1.Data We Collect

• Registration email (your verified Gmail / QQ / 163 address): for registration codes and ticket-reply notifications.
• Username and password: passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — irrecoverable by anyone, including administrators.
• Order and recharge records: number, verification code contents, fees and timestamps, for billing and reconciliation.
• Registration / login IPs: for anti-abuse and security auditing.
• Device fingerprints (timezone, screen, Canvas / audio / fonts / WebGL feature hashes): used solely to prevent bulk registration and abuse — never for cross-site tracking.
• Ticket content and screenshots: submitted by you voluntarily, used only to handle your issue.
• Language preference: for UI and notification-email language.

We do not collect your real name, ID documents, contact details or other sensitive personal information. Verification code contents are visible only to you and are never displayed publicly.

2.Purposes and Legal Basis

• Providing the service: account registration, SMS receiving, ticket handling (necessary for performing our agreement with you).
• Anti-abuse and security: fingerprint and IP checks limit bulk registration and protect the platform (legitimate interest).
• Operations and accounting: order and recharge records for billing, refunds and statistics (contract and compliance obligations).

3.Retention and Deletion

• The data above is retained while your account is active.
• Account deletion: request via an in-site ticket. After identity verification we process it within 7 business days: email, IP and device-fingerprint data are deleted within 30 days; order and recharge records are de-associated and kept as anonymized statistics for accounting, no longer linkable to you.
• Auto-deletion: per the Terms of Service, accounts inactive for 183 days with a zero balance, or for 365 days regardless of balance, are automatically deleted; personal identifiers are cleared with the account while order records are retained anonymized.

4.Sharing and Processors

• We never sell your personal data and never use it for advertising or marketing.
• Data is not disclosed except as required by lawful demands from competent judicial or law-enforcement authorities.
• We entrust only the necessary data to the following processors, under their privacy policies:
  • Cloudflare: CDN and human verification (Turnstile);
  • Resend: registration-code and notification emails;
  • Upstream number providers: only the technical parameters needed to obtain a number (service ID, etc.) — never your account or personal data.

5.Cookies and Local Storage

• This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Browser local storage (localStorage) holds: your login token (cleared on sign-out) and language preference. You can clear it anytime via browser settings.
• Cloudflare may set necessary technical cookies for human verification and protection.

6.Security

• Site-wide HTTPS with HSTS; bcrypt password hashing; all administrative APIs require both authentication and authorization.
• The database resides on the server only, accessible to operations staff alone.

7.Your Rights

• Access and correction: view your email, balance and orders in the dashboard anytime; submit corrections via ticket.
• Deletion: per the process in Section 3.
• Appeal: dispute decisions such as bans via ticket; we respond after review.

8.Changes

Revisions to this policy are published on this page with an updated version number and take effect upon publication; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-site.
